Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, in pristine condition, and in their original No 7 Cape Town packaging. Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
